So I promised I would share the story of another one of my employees, here’s how Nicovi Singh started working with us at 18 years old right out of high school and did over $100,000 in her first year of business!
So a few years ago we were looking for someone to help us out with customer support for one of our companies.
In walks 18 year old Nicovi just out of highschool. Bright eyed, energetic, ambitious, plus she hit us with that Jamaican accent lol… we thought she would be great.
Hired on the spot!
Right away we gave her a ton of responsibility and she hit the ground running.
Here she is helping me get my presentation together for a talk I had to do.
And because she was down to help across all of our projects hereâs Nicovi helping with shipping for one of our product companies.
Hustler searching for an opportunity
Nicovi had a hustlerâs spirit and wanted to become an entrepreneur. She tried real estate, a bunch of other little side projects, and she tried Amway (MLM). Here she is at one of her Amway meetings
Alas, nothing really worked out well enough where she could go off on her own.
Epiphany: Why not build the type of companies that Rohan builds?
So she launched her local service business.
Results you say?
First month in business, over $6,000
There’s no reason to build a business and wait years to make money if you choose the right business to build…
.
First 90 days, $32,405.27
Picked up serious steam and kept moving, plus she had me to lean on and ask questions along the way…
Wait, I’ll show you how she did it…drop your email here and I’ll send you a video on how you can do this yourself
First year in business-over $119,000
Killing it, with no experience, she’s not an expert marketer, she’s just someone with a dream, a hustle, and the work ethic to make things happen.
She literally came to us as kid still doing cheerleading moves around the office lol
And now sheâs an entrepreneur working with the Chamber of Commerce and making moves.
Had to share this last text from Nicovi, barely hitting 21 now and never having to work for someone else in her life:
.At 21 years old I had no idea what I would do with my life and it took me almost 15 more years to figure it out! đ
And because Nicovi sent me this picture from the old office I had to include it, because itâs super important to be working on the right project. Stop building businesses that are just passion projects. Build stuff that matters, things that will change your life and your family’s life as close to NOW as possible!
If an 18 year old fresh out of high school can do it, chances are whatever is stopping you is the person staring back at you in the mirror.
I included this video to show Nicovi when she first started working with us.
And here’s Nicovi now.
A reminder that where you start, isn’t where you have to finish.
I’ll let Nicovi tell it….
What next? I’m going to show you how you can build this type of business yourself, you don’t have to be one of my employees to do it. đ¤ˇđ˝ Go here, leave your email, at the bottom and I’ll reach out
